Hello!
My name is Hanna Kim. I am originally from Seoul, South Korea and loved to draw from an early age. Just as a hobby though, I wanted to be a zookeeper. But the hobby stuck with me as much as my love for animals, and I wound myself up in California Institute of the Arts as a character animation major, where I developed my newfound love for design and storytelling. During my years at school I created short films such as "After School" and "Raccoon and the Light", which won several awards, including gold medal in the 45th Student Academy Awards in 2018.

I graduated in 2019 and I am currently working as a storyboard artist at DreamWorks Animation, where I contributed on films such as The Bad Guys (2022), Puss in Boots: The Last Wish (2022), and more.
